Where will I meet with the RD?
Initial coaching sessions will be done via video conference. There is no in-person meeting required. Internet access and a mobile device are all that is required.

What are the requirements for my smartphone?
There are several options for keeping your food log. All apps are compatible with iPhone, iPad, and Android phones.

Can I do the program without a smart phone?
Using a tracker app is a key part of this program. You must have access to a mobile device. Contact us at Info@RDandMe.com if you have questions about your specific device.

How will I communicate with the RD?
After the initial consult, communication will be via a weekly email and a monthly phone call. If you have any questions, feel free to email, text or call.

What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. If you enroll in a monthly payment plan, you can terminate service at any time. However on pre-payment plans, no refunds will be given.
