Turkey & Spinach Wraps

The definition of quick and easy, try this delicious Turkey & Spinach Wrap! With cream cheese, cranberries, sliced turkey and plenty of spinach wrapped in a tortilla, this is a meal everybody will enjoy!

Let’s be honest. Some days, you need a good dinner that requires absolutely no cooking. Maybe you are running wild chauffeuring kids from place to place, or you have a particularly busy work week. Or maybe your like me this week and just feeling burned out—no drive to put effort into dinner. (Yes, it happens to me too!) Before you resort to frozen pizza or a drive-thru dinner, try this meal instead.

Let me emphasis this again—this meal requires absolutely no cooking. None. But it’s still delicious, wholesome and appealing. And your family won’t know how little effort you put into it. Every body wins!

This wrap is made with a simple cream cheese spread. I prefer Neufchatel cream cheese, but any kind will do. Sprinkle with dried cranberries (if you like them). Layer your deli-sliced turkey over the top covering the entire tortilla in a single layer. Then add a generous handful of spinach. Roll it up and you are done.

Top the meal off by serving it with fresh veggies, whole grain crackers and hummus—again, no cooking required. You can have this dinner on the table in 15 minutes or less!

The kids loved this meal. Tortillas, cream cheese, turkey, crackers--these are all things on their favorites list. I give them ranch to dip their spinach and veggies in and they eat it every time. My older girls weren't crazy about the hummus, but my toddler LOVED it. He's really into dipping things right now, so maybe that helps.

A word on tortillas. I have mentioned before that not all tortillas are made alike. Some tortillas pack a powerful punch calorie wise. The thickness of the tortilla is more telling than the diameter. The ones I used for this recipe are Ole Xtreme Wellness Spinach & Herbs tortillas. I love this one because it’s thin, 100% whole wheat, and you can find it at the regular grocery store!

The Meal:

  • 1 Wrap: (1 Spinach & Herbs tortilla. 1 ½ Tbsp cream cheese, 2 Tbsp dried cranberries, 3 oz deli sliced turkey, ½ oz spinach)

  • 1 ½ cups fresh veggies

  • 16 crackers

  • 3 Tbsp Hummus

Turkey & Spinach Wrap

Serving Size: 1 wrap

6 servings


  • 6 Spinach & Herb tortillas (recommend Xtreme Wellness brand)

  • 1 (8 ounce) package Neufchatel cream cheese

  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries

  • 1 1/4 lbs deli turkey (sliced)

  • 3 oz fresh spinach


  1. Lay out the tortillas, and spread the cream cheese over each tortilla.

  2. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of cranberries over each tortilla.

  3. Layer 2 ½ to 3 oz of turkey slices over the tortilla, covering it in a single layer.

  4. Top with a ½ oz of spinach on each tortilla. Roll tightly and cut in half. Serve immediately.
