We all have our guilty pleasures, right? One of my favorites is chocolate and peanut butter. I have been known to sneak a few Reese’s out of the Easter or Halloween candy stashes. If I’m going to indulge in a candy bar, it better be a good one!
Chocolate and peanut butter is definitely a weakness. I definitely feel sick to my stomach with too many peanut butter cups though, and I rarely buy them. So I came up with this instead.
1 Graham cracker
1 Tbsp of Creamy peanut butter
1 Tbsp of Semi-sweet chocolate chips

It’s not necessarily a low-calorie snack (a rice cake would definitely be lower). It is moderate in sugar content (although it has significantly less sugar than a 6oz container of strawberry yogurt!). But I like it because it is satiating with 6 grams of protein, and it indulges that desire for a little sweet without overdoing it.
